Well, technically, nothing is free, but through the month of March, Thursday nights at The Empty Glass there’s no cover charge. You don’t have to pay to get in, but I’m sure somebody is hoping you buy something.
That seems fair.
Tonight’s band is singer/songwriter Phil Minnesale. I don’t know much about the guy, except he’s reputed to have played “Mountain Stage,” which is probably why he’s being backed by The Carpenter Ants, a group sort of affiliated with the show.
